I’m totally blown away by this game, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutants in Manhattan for PlayStation 3! I mean, who wouldn’t be excited to fight alongside their favorite turtle brothers in a gritty comic-inspired world? And the fact that you can team up with three of your friends online to take down Bebop and Rocksteady just takes the experience to a whole new level. The 4-player co-op mode is where it’s at, trust me.
My friend Tim and I have been obsessed with this game since we got our hands on it. We’ve spent countless hours fighting our way through the visually stunning levels, all while laughing at each other’s epic fails. Seriously, the combat in this game is insane and so true to PlatinumGames’ signature style. It’s fast-paced and keeps you on your toes, but it’s also super satisfying when you pull off those sick combos. Plus, the original story written by Tom Waltz of IDW comics adds a whole new layer of depth to the TMNT universe.
I never knew I needed a TMNT game like this until I played it myself. My girlfriend caught me playing it one day and couldn’t resist joining in on the fun. Now we have weekly game nights where we team up as Leo and Raph to take down Shredder and his minions. She’s even gotten pretty good at it too! This game has brought us closer together and given us some hilarious memories that we’ll always cherish.
