I really enjoy NEWS 10, but I have no idea who their target demographic is for this report. It’s obviously not for potheads, unless they’re trying to give them the giggles. It’s not from grandma, who has probably already seen Reefer Madness and doesn’t need anyone blurry “facts” about marijuana. So who is it for? Watch for yourself and please tell me.

And I’ll pay good money to anyone who has pictures of Dan Elliott taking a bong rip.
