Free. Jimboy’s. Tacos.

Sometimes, when a company wants to drum up a little free press for a grand opening event, they’ll give away a little free swag to the first 20-or-so customers through the door. People end up waiting in line for hours, sometimes days just for the chance to land the no-cost goodies. Jimboy’s is not one of those companies.

The Jimboy’s Tacos in Folsom has just completed a major remodel, giving it a Mayan-theme complete with a new outdoor dining patio. Next Wednesday, February 25th, every customer who walks into the Jimboy’s Tacos restaurant at 708 E. Bidwell Street will receive two free ground beef tacos, no charge. While the tacos will be given to anyone with no strings attached, Jimboy’s management has arranged for 100 percent of any optional donations made during this promotion to go directly to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Besides the free tacos, people will be able to register for a variety of free prizes including ski lift tickets, movie passes, t-shirts and more.

The only thing better than beef tacos with parmesan cheese; FREE beef tacos with parmesan cheese.
