A 12-week-old boxer puppy dog named Sasha is undergoing numerous medical procedures while on the road to recovery after being struck by a car last Sunday in Citrus Heights. Once all is said and done, the total for her vet bills could easily top $3,000. In order to raise the necessary funds an animal lover has come up with a novel idea: throwing a “Passion Party” to cover the tab.
This Sunday passion party consultant Lisa Cuellar will be conducting a sale of various adult “toys” with all proceeds going towards covering Sasha’s surgery costs. According to the Facebook event page, Sasha was abandoned because she broke her pelvis when she was hit by the car, leaving her unable to breed. Her original owners evidently ran some sort of puppy mill and didn’t want to care for a dog that wouldn’t make them any money.
No word on exactly how many pleasure devices will need to be sold to reach her goal, but I’m sure every bit helps. Come on ladies, go buy some lube and “special massagers” and let’s get Sasha healthy again!
